Relationship Requirements for Dependent Children

• The Global Talent visa holder has permission to be in the UK.
• The child’s parents must either be applying together or already have permission to be in the UK unless specific exceptions apply, such as:
  o The Global Talent migrant is the sole surviving parent.
  o The Global Talent migrant has sole responsibility for the child's upbringing.
  o The other parent is a British citizen or has the right to reside in the UK.
  o There are compelling reasons to allow the child to stay with the Global Talent migrant.

Period and Conditions of Grant

1- Partner: A partner's visa will expire on the same date as the Global Talent migrant’s visa or may be granted for three years if the partner is also being granted settlement.

2- Child: A child's visa will end on the same date as the earliest expiration of the parent’s visas unless both parents are granted settlement or British Citizenship, in which case the child will receive a three-year visa.

All grants will include the following conditions:

1- No access to public funds

2- Work permitted (including self-employment and voluntary work) except as a professional sportsperson or sports coach

3- Study allowed (for those over 18), subject to ATAS conditions

4- Police registration if applicable under Part 10 of the Immigration Rules

3- Extension of Dependent Visa from Inside the UK (Super Priority): £800 + VAT to £1,500 + VAT

4- ILR as a Dependent from Inside the UK (Super Priority): £800 + VAT to £1,500 + VAT Fees vary based on the complexity of the case and the volume of work required. The Home Office UKVI application fees are additional and must be paid separately.
