Requirements for Global Talent Visa Entry Clearance
To be successful in your Global Talent Visa application for entry clearance, you must meet the following
criteria:
1- Valid Application: Your application must comply with the validity requirements as detailed in
Appendix Global Talent.
2- Endorsement or Prestigious Prize: You must have an endorsement letter from a Home Office-
approved endorsing body or have won a prize listed in Appendix Global Talent: Prestigious
Prizes.
3- Application Timing: If this is your first Global Talent Visa application using an endorsement
letter, your application must be submitted within 3 months of the date on the endorsement
letter.
4- Unwithdrawn Endorsement or Prize: Your endorsement or prize must not have been withdrawn
or suspended.
5- Points Requirement: You must secure 70 points based on the points table.
6- Government or Agency Consent: If you have received funding from a government or
international scholarship agency within the past 12 months that covered both fees and living
expenses for UK study, you must obtain written consent from that government or agency for
your application.
7- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
9- Suitability: Your application must not be subject to refusal under Part 9 of the Immigration
Rules.
10- Tuberculosis Test Certificate: If applicable under paragraph A39 and Appendix T, you must
provide a valid medical certificate confirming that you do not have active pulmonary
tuberculosis.
